Reality is the only place progress happens
First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.

More disciplined. More patient. Less reactive. That fantasy version might be nice, but it’s useless.
Stoicism starts with an honest inventory. No shame. No drama. Just a clear look at where you actually are right now.
Progress doesn’t require confidence. It requires accuracy.
Meet yourself where you are, not where you think you should be.
Stay hungry. Stay wise. Eat brekkie.
