Your mind has a cleaning problem
The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.
Most of your stress isn’t from what’s happening. It’s from what you're dragging along from yesterday, last week, or three years ago.
Your mind loves to hoard old worries. It stacks them in dusty corners until you’re hauling around an invisible backpack full of invisible junk.
So, lighten the load on purpose.
Name one thing you’ve been carrying that isn’t helping you. Then set it down. You don’t need a ritual. Just honesty.
Life already hands out enough weight. No need to add your own.
Try this today: Say out loud, “I’m done carrying this!” Pick one specific worry and let it go — at least for the next 24 hours 😊
Until next time, Stoics…
