Not every obstacle warrants your stress
It is not that we have a short time to live, but that we waste much of it.
We inflate a lot of things by calling them problems.
A slow queue.
A late reply.
A mild inconvenience dressed up as a crisis.
Stoicism asks for better categorization. When we label everything a problem, our nervous system believes us. We wind up living in constant low-grade urgency.
Many things don’t require solving.
They require patience.
Or perspective.
Or nothing at all.
Save your energy for what actually threatens your character.
Everything else can wait.
Stay hungry. Stay wise. Eat brekkie.
